I’m not sure what to do next. I am using Antispam software for my blog and it works 98% of the time. But I guess the spammers have stepped it up a notch lately because I am still getting some trickle in comments promoting anything from viagra to exlax. I was looking around to see what other people are doing to prevent spam comments on their blogs, it’s funny what you find.

If you notice the last link dates back to 2003. Spamming of blogs has a history that probably starts back in the late 90’s, like 1999. This guy claims to have started it all by coming up with the word “weblog” for the first time ever. Peter Merholz
I don’t know when it all really started but I can tell you I am ready for the spamming to end.
