Losing weight…Gaining weight

James Cross lost 15 pounds since the first of the year. I think I gained the 15 pounds that he lost. I’m so tired of the roller coaster ride of weight gain/loss. I’m going to try something simple for a change. I want to start walking daily; inside, outside, treadmill, whatever just as long as I walk. I am going to cut my portions by half when I eat. I’ll load up my plate just like usual, take a deep breath, then scrap off half before I sit down to eat. I will need to get away from cokes…hard to do, I love Mountain Dew.

That’s it, simple right?
