Never Enough Time

No matter what you do in life, there never seems to be enough time to get everything done that needs to be done.
I have found that life will pass you by if you let it. I love to program and work on computers but there are higher priorities than work. God, family, fun (R&R), then work…I have done well most of the time by putting God first and thanking God for all the blessings in my life. I have fallen behind at putting family and fun before work, as usual. This seems to be the hardest thing for me to do…I get all caught up in the day to day routine of the job and then I never seem to have enough time to stop and enjoy my family. My son is growing up right before my eyes and I seem to be missing it. Same with my daughter, she is getting bigger and bigger every day, man, where does it all go. I have several jobs that I could be doing for my company, then there is my own web projects that I want to do, and they would be positive projects for the ole checkbook, same as my company work. BUT I don’t have time to do them, so I have been putting off everything except for the “have to” jobs. And now it is all catching up to me…haha…and I find myself saying “who cares” and dropping everything. So now my company is slowing to a crawl by my doing, and that is what I want to happen for now, or at least till I catch my breath. I am coaching little league baseball for my son’s team and loving it. And it looks like I’m getting caught up on a few things, ie. (this web site). I still have a ton of yard work and chores to catch up on but all in all, things are looking better.
Oh, and don’t let me forget to tell everybody this. We went to the circus yesterday in Abilene, it sucked. There were no cool animals, a dog, some horses and a reptile or two…

…well worth the $50 bucks. We left the circus early to go see Star Wars III, now that was cool. I don’t want to ruin it for anybody but Anikan Skywalker really is Darth Vader…who knew
Anyhow, life is good and it is always a learning experience. The saying is that you should learn from your mistakes…Lord knows that I’m learning all the time cause all I do lately is make mistakes, or so it seems.
